Lists U.S. Living Will Registry as Resource

The April 8, 2004 edition of the Wall Street Journal contained an article about advance directives in The Informed Patient column.  Author Laura Landro reviewed the basic background information about advance directives and listed several resources.  One of the resources listed was the U.S. Living Will Registry, a free service that electronically stores advance directives and makes them available to health care providers across the country via secure Internet web site or automated telephone/facsimile system.  See article below.
